Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

• Return or exchange within 7 days from receipt of the merchandise
• A restocking fee per item will apply for return, exchange, non pick up or cancellation after 2 weeks of placing the order.
• Restocking fee of $25 will apply for items under $399
• Restocking fee of $50 will apply for items over $400
• Shipping cost and rush fee (if any) not refundable
• No return or exchange on special orders (change in design; change to plating color different than Rhodium)
• Three options of refunds: money back, exchange for a different product or store credit
• The item must be unused and in its original condition. Products showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange
• Additional shipping cost will apply to ship your new item for exchange

CANCELLATION

Any order canceled after 2 weeks of placement will be subjected to a $25 restocking fee.

REPAIR POLICY

Any repairs after the wedding will be subject to a fee determined on a case by case basis. Please include the copy of your original invoice if possible.
