Plating color:
- Rhodium - similar to Platinum, will not tarnish or change color. Rhodium is the standard color we use in production.
- Antique Rhodium - Our standard Rhodium plating with a black patina overlay, creating a dark, vintage silver finish. Available in lighter or darker shade
- Gold - Hamilton light gold
- Bronze - Available in lighter or darker shade

Pearls:
We use real fresh water pearls that are available in different sizes, shapes and colors (diamond white, ivory, dark ivory (pinkish)). Due to fresh water pearls are natural products, there may be some variations in color and size. However, if for any reason we are unable to use the fresh water, we will exchange them for high quality glass pearls (available in white/ivory colors) always notify our customers.

Stones:
We use the highest quality, genuine Swarovski stones for all our pieces. The standard color for our line is Crystal. Different color stones are available for special orders and additional charge would apply.

Earrings:
All earring posts are hypoallergenic and available with stainless steal post or clip-on.

We design and manufacture every piece in our NYC studio and our Rhode Island facilities. Therefore, our clients have many options to customize their orders depending on their needs.

Available options:
- changes to plating color (Antique Rhodium, Gold, Bronze)
- changes to the design (adding/removing components)
- changing pearls to crystals and vice versa

Return Policy:

- Return or exchange within 7 days from receipt of the merchandise
- A restocking fee per item will apply for return, exchange, non pick up or cancellation after 2 weeks of placing the order. 
- Restocking fee of $25 will apply for items under $399
- Restocking fee of $50 will apply for items over $400
- Shipping cost and rush fee (if any) not refundable
- No return or exchange on special orders (change in design; change to plating color different than Rhodium)
- Three options of refunds: money back, exchange for a different product or store credit
- The item must be unused and in its original condition. Products showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange
- Additional shipping cost will apply to ship your new item for exchange

Cancellation:

Any order canceled after 2 weeks of placement will be subjected to a $25 restocking fee.
